For the Dressing:

  • Olive Oil: 1/4 cup.
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • Dijon Mustard: 1 tablespoon.

  • Garlic: 1 clove minced.
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon.
