Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 stalks finely chopped, for a fresh crunch.
  • 1 small red onion finely diced, for a sharp, tangy flavor.
  • 1 cup for a creamy dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons to add a bit of tang and depth.
  • Juice of 1 lemon for acidity and brightness.
  • To taste for seasoning.

Instructions
 

  • This recipe is so simple, it doesn't even need steps!
  • All you need to do is shred your chicken, dice your celery, and place into a bowl with the mayonnaise, salt and black pepper. Mix well and keep in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator if not eating right away, or if you have any leftovers.
